Here's my feedback:
The explanation is excellent and the vocabulary is helpful. The summary is also great. Here are my suggestions to make the lesson more effective:
Place the words or phrases in the order it appears in the dialogue. This will help the student preview and review more easily. Some of the Chinese characters did not appear so you might want to check on this. It will also help if the student could stop and start within the dialogue as there are parts are more difficult and parts that are easy, so he/she doesn't have to replay the entire dialogue. If you intone more accurately/naturally it might help other students who are not used to foreign accents. Perhaps if you do a voice chat with me I can help you with the intonation. By the way, I think you meant to say 'multiple' and not 'multiply'. Hope the above is helpful.
Cheers
